HREV originated a bridge loan on a 128-key boutique hotel in the heart of downtown Brooklyn. The loan was funded during the first quarter of 2012 and pre-paid in mid-2012 with minimum interest.
Fourth Eleventh – Preferred Equity, Mixed Use Residential, Brooklyn, Realized
HREV made a Preferred Equity investment in a 6-parcel site assembly in Park Slope, Brooklyn during the fourth quarter of 2012. The current assembly allows for mixed-use development; approximately 70 residential units with ground floor retail. The investment was exited in 2014.
Poplar – Mezzanine Loan, Residential Condo, Brooklyn, Realized
HREV originated a mezzanine loan for the conversion of an existing historic building in Brooklyn Heights into a boutique residential condominium. The loan was funded during the first quarter of 2013 and repaid in 2015.
White Plains– Mezzanine Loan, Multifamily Residential, White Plains, Realized
HREV originated a mezzanine loan for the development of three multifamily residential properties in White Plains, New York. The combined developments consist of approximately 100 units. The loans were repaid in 2015.
Cortland – Preferred Equity, Residential Condo, Manhattan, Realized
HREV made a preferred equity investment in a Tribeca loft conversion in the third quarter of 2013. The project is a boutique residential condominium development. The preferred equity investment was redeemed in 2016.
